XC carbon wheels from Light Travel Cycling are lightweight cross-country wheelsets built for climbing and acceleration, hand-built to order with your choice of hubs, spokes and rim width. Each wheel passes spoke tension, roundness and lateral runout checks before it ships, backed by a 5-year warranty.

Tell us your race distance and terrain and we will recommend rim depth and width, then lace the wheelset around the hub you choose — DT Swiss, Bitex or your own hubs where feasible.

Which hubs do you recommend for XC racing?

We offer DT Swiss and Bitex hubs with different engagement systems. For XC racing most riders prioritize low weight and fast engagement; contact us with your budget and we will recommend a hub option.

Do XC wheels come tubeless-ready?

Yes, our rims are tubeless-ready. We also sell rim tape and valve stems as accessories so you can set up tubeless out of the box.
